Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every Stuffle product, including the AI features and APIs.

You may not use the Services to

• break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• create or share content that sexually exploits children, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or incites violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive people, including with AI-generated voices, images or text presented as real;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or run phishing campaigns, including through Mesa;
• distribute malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data;
• probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Services, or get around rate limits, quotas, usage metering or access controls;
• scrape or extract data from the Services by automated means, except through APIs we provide for that purpose;
• resell, sublicense or share accounts or paid access without our written permission;
• use AI output to make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as hiring, lending or medical decisions, without meaningful human review.

Automation and the Browser Assistant

When you use the agOS Browser Assistant or agOS to act on websites, follow those websites’ terms. You are responsible for what automations do on your behalf.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a chance to respond. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
